My A/C Unit went out over a holiday weekend. Browns was very quick to respond to my inquiry and even came out on a Sunday over the holiday weekend to diagnose the issue. When they determined I needed a new unit they explained my options and provided me with a quote for the project the same day. They scheduled my install very quickly and were very professional installing the new equipment. They checked in after the techs completed the job and made sure everything was going smoothly during the install. Everything has been working great and I am very pleased. I found this company on Google and so glad I did. My central air unit went out in my home during these hot days and I didn't want to go with a big commercial company. Browns from start to finish was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. They guided me through every step of the way with different options in pricing and financing. They even contacted me on the holiday when they were closed to let me know they had an opening first thing the next day to install my new AC and furnace because they knew it was going to be extremely hot outside. Raymond and his team came in and did an awesome job, they were very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves and you never knew they had been there. I contacted Browns Heating & Cooling for an estimate and they were super responsive. I initially didn’t book right away because I wanted to compare prices before making a final decision. They were not pushy about me shopping around; which was greatly appreciated. I finally decided on selecting them to install central air and they were great! My AC was not cooling as well as it should. I called another company who began pricing me on a new AC unit without even checking mine out. BUT when I called Browns, not only did they arrive the same day and on time, but the technician thoroughly assessed the issue, and gave me 3 options. Replacement was one of them. He was extremely personable and open and honest about the longevity of each option. In times where there are so many shady trades people, it's so nice to have a person who knows what they are doing perform quality work at a fair price.
